Q1  Should I make a reservation?

Yes. Making reservation is recommended before coming to avoid waiting for a long time before you get surve.

 

Q2  What should I do before appointment?

Please remove  eye make-up and clean your lashes with mild,oil free cleanser.

Do not use oil based make-up remover to clean your lashes prior to the application.

Do not put on any mascara. We don't spend time cleaning your lashes.

Plan to set aside prenty time for your appointment.Almost clients fall asleep during procedure. 

 

Q3   How long will the eyelash extentions procedure take?

The procedure will take between 1 and half hours to 2 and half hours. It may take longer if you want to add more volume.

Before we start the procedure, we evaluate your eyelashes and review with you the desired outcome. Occasionally we will have to remove your eyemake-up before starting procedure if  you put eyemake-up on.

 

Q4  Should I take out my contact lenses before the procedure?

Yes,it's recommended.

The procedure takes about 1 and half hours with your eyes closed,so your eyes may feel dry and uncomfortable.

 

Q5  Can I get eyelash extentions if I have a medical condition in my eyes?

We suggest that you reschedule to get eyelash extentions if you have conjunctivitis,sty,itchiness,redness,sweling or a rash in or around your eyes.We also recommende cutomers who have a cold or a going through seasonal allegies to reschedule the eyelash extention procedure.

 

Q6  Is there anything I should be careful of after getting extentions?

Please be especially careful not to get your lases wet 4-5 hours after you have extentions done.

 

Q7  How long do eyelash extentions last?

Eyelash extentions will last the term of the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. ※See Hair Cycle.

To maintain your eyelash extention's length and beauty, please follow the tips bellow;

-Do not rub your eyes roughly

-Do not pull your eyelash extentions

-Do not sleep face down and with fluffy covered peelow ( ex;fablic with pile )

-Do not use oil cleansers

-Do not use mechanical eyelash curler

 

Hair Cycle; The period of time between hair growth and loss is called hair cycle. The term is between 25~28days. It is influenced by everyday life, for instance, eating habits and sleeping time. Also, the hair cycle is influenced by stress,illness and heredity factors.

 

Q8  What do you use to adhere eyelash ententions?

We adhere eyelash extentions lash by lash with Japanese bonding agent which is safe and long-lasting. Also we use great semi-permanent synthetic lashes which made in Japan for safety and long lasting.   

 

Q9  How can I wash my face as usual after get them?

We recommended using cream or gel cleansers to remove make-up and washing your face with water-based products. Please do not use oil-based cleansers. Because oil-based products dissolove the bonding agent and shorten the life or your eyelash ententions causing them to fall sooner.

 

Q10  Can I use mascara?

Mascara may not even be necessary. Because they already come with good thickness to it.

If desired, you may wear water-based mascara on. However, water-proof mascara or mascara remover will weaken the adhesive.

 

Q11  Can I use eyelash curler?

It not recommended. Because the synthetic lash already come with a very natural curve to it.

Also, it may disturb the adhesion of glue.

 

Q12  Can the eyelash extentions be removed?

Yes, they can be removed however there will be removal charge.

Please do not try to remove them by yourself. It may damage your natural  eyelashed.

 

Q13  Will they tingle or hurt?

The extentions are attached 1mm-2mm from the root of your own lashes, so glue or remover will not get in your eyes and it will not tingle or hurt. 

 

Q14  My lash are permed. Can I have extentions?

Eyelash perming effects the cuticle and flexibility of your eyelashes, so your eyelashes are not in best condition. Extentions for permed eyelashes is not recommended.

Please wait at least 1 month after you have had perming.

  

Q15  Do eyelash extentions make my own lashes fall out?

No. It's important to have your lash extentions applied by a qualified beauticianr who uses to quality product. The eyelash has a cycle and are constantly being replaces like your hair.

If you pull so hard on an extention lash and pull out your own natural lash there will be no new lash ready to grow to take it's place and you will have to wait 3-6weeks for that lash to grow.

 

Q16  Is there an age limit?

Minors need the consent  of their parents, but there are not other age limits.

 

Q17  I don't have many eyelashes.

We can't attach extentions if you have no lashes at all, but we can if you have fine or short hairs. You probably have more lashes than you think and we can usually attach a total od 100 lashes for both eyes.
