Cancellation Policy

Please let us know to cancel at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment.

If you give us less than 48 business hours notice, please expect that you may be charged a late cancellation fee $50 also we will require FULL PRICE OF LASH SET as non refundable deposit in advance for any future booking.

No-show Policy

If you are at least 15 minutes late and we haven't heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. 

You will be unable to rebook an appointment until these fees are paid.

When you no show twice, will not be re-booked.

Rescheduling Policy

If you reschedule your appointment less than 48 business hours, you may be charged $50 as change of Service fee. This fee is for the allotted time that is lost that could have been an appointment for another client.

Lateness Policy

Our appointment is your time, set aside specifically for you to relax, enjoy being pampered. If you are late to your appointment, we will not run it late overtime into someone's appointment will be cut short and we may not have the time required to apply as you would like.

To get the most out of your appointment and to make sure us can make your lashes as lovely as possible, please arrive on time and with all eye make-up removed.

Other

Please no children in the salon due to safety reason. There are a lot of sharp tools and chemicals around and insurance does not cover your child. We also need to concentrate during the session to make sure your lashes are done perfectly.
